Mathvidya is an online mathematics practice platform designed for CBSE students in Classes X and XII. Our services include practice exams, teacher evaluations, and performance analytics.

2. Eligibility

Our services are intended for:

• Students: CBSE students in Classes X and XII. Students under 18 years must have parent/guardian consent.
• Parents/Guardians: Parents or legal guardians of registered students.
• Teachers: Qualified mathematics teachers approved by Mathvidya.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate, complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Parent/Guardian Requirement: For student accounts, parent/guardian information is mandatory. Parents will have visibility into their child's academic progress and activities on the platform.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

We offer various subscription plans:

• Basic Plan: 5 exams/month, board exam pattern only
• Premium MCQ: 15 MCQ exams/month with instant evaluation
• Premium: 50 exams/month, all question types, unit-wise practice
• Centum: 50 exams/month, same-day evaluation, direct teacher access

Payment Terms:

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes
• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Annual plans are billed upfront for the entire year

5. Service Description

Practice Exams:

• Access to our question bank aligned with CBSE curriculum
• Multiple practice modes: Full Board Exam, Section-wise, Unit-wise
• MCQ questions are auto-evaluated instantly
• Descriptive questions (VSA, SA) are evaluated by teachers

Evaluation:

• Teacher evaluations are provided within the SLA period (same-day for Centum, 48 working hours for others)
• Working hours exclude Sundays and declared holidays
• Evaluations are final and not subject to re-evaluation in the current version

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the platform only for legitimate educational purposes
• Not share your account credentials with others
• Not attempt to copy, reproduce, or distribute our content
• Submit only your own original work for evaluation
• Not engage in any form of cheating or academic dishonesty
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Mathvidya and its content creators

7. Intellectual Property

All content on Mathvidya, including but not limited to:

• Questions and solutions
• Educational materials
• Software and code
• Logos and branding
• User interface designs

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Mathvidya is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee specific academic results or scores
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Misuse our platform or services
• Fail to pay subscription fees
